LiveWell Lifestyle Workshops offer a FRESH approach to your health and fitness. These interactive and educational workshops will give you tools and training to help you cope with stress, nourish your body, protect your brain health, improve sleep, build strong immune systems and of course help you feel Fit and Fabulous. All workshops are 2 hours long and held in Deer Run unless otherwise stated. Private workshops are also available.
